Hired their services amidst an emergency situation. After explaining the issue and being quoted $100 over the phone, I was encouraged to proceed. Once the service guys got to the premises, that $100 turned into a $600 work charge, a 3% service fee for using a card and of course, the unavoidable state tax. If the fix they implemented didn't work, we'd be stuck with a $250 minimum fee charge(as per the service guys). Why was $100 in the conversation to begin with?! That right there is a scam personified- very unscrupulous folks.Another concern of mine was their desire to retain my card info. The lady I spoke to was knowledgeable and so polite, she sent someone to me in 2 hours.. The technician that came was very respectful to my home and thanks to him ,My sink is fixed and now I can do my dishes. I definitely will use them again !
