The woman on the phone said $49 shower unclog. The name of the business said $49 shower unclog. The technician that came out was on time and effective. But there’s a $50 fee tacked on that’s not even explained on the receipt. I swiped my card without noticing because the tech didn’t bring it up.

technician Ricky came in and unclogged main sewer drain in 5-10 minutes. Got me up and in running.I tought it would be $50 but he was straight up explaining the extra charge total $113 which is not bad for a night service. The lady that dispatched was very friendly and straight forward..I guess I got lucky comparing to others reviewers. Thank you!

I’ve gut-renovated two homes, and I know a bad deal when I see one. When your home has a problem and someone’s already there to fix it, you’re vulnerable and they take advantage of that.
I ended up paying over $350 for a 30-minute basic service. I followed up by phone and email (as instructed after 5 p.m.) and received no response from the owner.
