3-RT Contractors are unscrupulous scammers. After taking our deposit for a basic cosmetic job they stated would take about 10 business days to complete, nearly three months later, on the date they assured us the job would be completed, they abandoned the job, leaving debris, damaging property, and doing this days before ****, leaving us further displaced over the holidays. Their project manager, ***** is an artist-a BS artist. *****, the owner is an irresponsible, bold faced liar. He would also talk about how stupid his workers were- in front of them. Shoddy work. Abhorrent behavior. Avoid at all costs.

I can't really give a review. I gave them a deposit a good while back, then got really sick, then my business partner died, then COVID. So now that I finally have a block of time, I'd like to get some work on my apartment done. I've called, emailed and texted them nearly every day since mid-May and they have not returned my phone calls or emails or texts. One time the son picked up the phone and said they'd get right back to me...that was before Memorial Day. If they can't do the job, I would just like them to say so and send me back my deposit. They know the address, they've been to my apartment. For what it's worth, they seem like nice guys. They even came to visit...read full review

I want to thank Armen and the 3-RT’s team for the excellent job did on my new apartment.They were very professional and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Communication has been very prompt, organization has been excellent and the job was completed on time despite the delayed start imposed by our building . 3RT’s has made what could have been an extremely stressful process significantly less so. I very much appreciate 3-RT’s construction for their excellent work.
