I have told them on multiple occasions, "do not cut my cuteticles" and they always try to do so anyway. During the last session the technician was rushing and she cut my skin and it was bleeding a lot. Days later the skin around my nails were peeling profusely. Not to mention she did not cover my full pinky nail with the nail polish. Below are pictures taken a few days apart.There is a young lady that works there that has done a good job in past, which is the reason I gave 3 stars, however the other technicians are not as good in my experience.

Looking at the reviews, it seems like the owner is the problem. she’s the one with the orange hair. She rushed my pedicure, demanded the money and basically forced me to give more tip. Their fans also are bad quality and it took my pedicure forever to dry. Go to the salon on 213 instead.

On Monday Sept. 19, I happened upon Jacky nail spa as I was having my windshield replace at Safelite just across the street and was in need of getting my nails done. The owner was pleasant and my nail technician Evelyn who is meticulously skilled gave me one of the best powder dip manicures I’ve experienced thus far.
