We bought a property earlier this year, and the seller hired Lance Dorfi to install a radon system per the contract of the real estate transaction. The fan started to make excessive noise a few months ago, so I decided to call them to see whether it could be fixed. After making an online reservation for a site consultation the following week, I immediately got a call from them saying that it is likely a manufacturer issue; the fan is still under warranty and they could replace the fan the next morning!
