So loving and gentle with my dog and extremely thorough and patient during the exam. She took her time explaining everything to me and called the following day to review bloodwork and follow up. Now and then there have been, indeed, places with cheaper oil. What the other places did not have is the extraordinary commitment to service. Time of day, time of the year, Marshall will take care of you, pleasantly, competently, and thoroughly. The people coming have families, holidays, times off. They still came. We cannot recommend them strongly enough.
