Steve and his team are true professionals. I had a bit of an emergency with my hot water heater leaking and from just a few photos Steve was able to get the exact replacement. He was able to tell the burner was recently replaced which it was and saved me money by swapping the tanks out and reusing the perfectly fine burner. He and his team were right on time. They did exactly what they said they would and finished it much quicker than I expected. They not only did a perfect job, they explained to me what was done and did the job very neatly.
