He was able to quickly provide us a reasonable quote and walked us through the overall process. Within a week we were able to schedule the full replacement, and they finished the entire job in one day! Not only did they replace the roof, but they also replaced our three skylights that were also part of the original home construction, finally enabling us to open our skylights after several years of them being stuck shut.We've always struggled getting anyone to come out and do major renovations at all in our area, much less quickly, efficiently, and at a reasonable price. “Gkontos did an excellent job and applied top quality material. Their folds who I spoke to along the way behaved very professionally and were always courteous and clear. They worked with the material supplier to arrange for a warranty, and entered the application to secure it. The work crew came on the days that were planned and finished the work when they had committed to. When I asked for additional cleanup where there was some minor discoloration of the driveway, they did a thorough job and left it looking very good. They were relatively expensive, but I believe that the premium job and materials make it worth the cost.“
