Lambert Plumbing has done two jobs for us in the last six months. Both times they scheduled us quickly, the plumber was friendly and efficient, and the work was done in a highly professional manner. We had a sink replumbed, a toilet secured, a new main shutoff valve to the house installed, and an outside faucet replaced and converted to frost free.
I have been a loyal customer for 20 years. Up until now I have always recommended to friends, clients, etc. Right now I am fuming 😤. I have 4 inches of water in my basement and they refuse to help me. Why you ask? Because they have new rules that started the beginning of the month. If you're not a "service member" they will not do anything. I would have signed up immediately if they helped me. I was told to call another plumber. I guess they don't need customers.
