If you are looking to take workout classes in Poughkeepsie, this is the place!! Not just for the classes themselves, which there are so many different classes that are offered, but for the coaches and people who make your experience special. Everyone is so friendly and positive; everyone wants you to enjoy working out, which really made my workouts extra fun. I always looked forward to class.

Love the spin + pilates-inspired sculpt classes! The energetic instructors create a challenging yet warm, welcoming environment. Hoping they add Sat morning spin or sculpt class in the future, even just once a month. Unfortunately, some of us work too early to hit up weekday morning classes. I am glad they got rid of spin TV's with leaderboard -- it was distracting (and frustrating if overly competitive!). The smoothie bar is also refreshing, especially on hot summer days.

I love this place so much! It has become my home away from home. For over a decade, I neglected my fitness. I’m a full-time working mom of 3 very busy kids. Like most moms, I put my husband, children, job, house, etc. above myself. Fit Social is so fun. Every class feels like you are walking into a nightclub. Whether you are taking one of their HIIT classes or one of their spin classes, the studio is dimly lit, the music is pumping and the LED lights are going.
