First off, Dr. Gassen is truly amazing. He connects to his patients seamlessly. Great demeanor. The nurses in back are awesome and the folks up front who check the patients in, are also professional and kind. A great experience for me and basically I can tell that everyone likes their job. Thank you.

Dr. Very and Dr. Payman are the type of physicians who listen, offer clear and understandable treatment plans and follow through in every way, including a calming bedside manner towards younger patients. They each treated family members with separate problems, both with successful outcomes. We’re grateful to them and would recommend them for anyone looking for best in class care.

After going to ENT of Poughkeepsie for nearly 3 years and never missing a shot. I finally gave up going. I had asked numerous times about my progress since I plateaued with no real benefits. I was given run around answers. When I called to cancel my last allergy shot I requested to to make an appointment with the doctor. Unfortunately at that time there were no appointments available. I did not want to wait over a month to be seen and had asked if an appointment becomes available sooner to please reach out.
