This was my first time coming here. I walked in at 2:45 for a manicure. The man said “It’s going to be a long wait.” I just stood there like, “okay??? how long?” and he said over an hour. He started to walk away and I said, “so do I give you my name or what?” He took my name and said to come at 3:30. I did just that. I was eventually taken at 4:00. There is absolutely no system here. Everyone walks between here and the foot spa in and out. The lady was shocked she had to do my nails. I asked for a french manicure with a blue tip. I understand a language barrier, but she started painting my nails all blue after the man told her just the tip. She seemed annoyed...read full review
