5 stars!!! From office staff to Mike, my technician. I was “ghosted” by 2 companies that supposedly had experience, but within 2 hours, on a FRI afternoon, Mike showed up. He was professional and knowledgeable! It was not easy. He came back at 8:30am on SAT, the next day and I now have water! I am so grateful. Everyone involved was amazing! I highly recommend! Thank you!?

Long story short: my wife and I are taking care of a house that is currently vacant, and a long drive from where we live, and discovered that there was a leak from the boiler unit in the basement: a terrifying prospect. We needed a rapid response if possible since we needed to leave town. Rohde was able to expedite having someone come by on a Saturday morning, and the technician who came by was extremely gracious and competent. He had foot covers to protect his shoes as he came in, was able to rapidly perform trouble-shooting and explain the situation to us, and came up with a smart and inexpensive approach to making a fix.
