Alvin came to repair several items at my place. One of them was my water softener, I thought. He was honest and told me that it was working correctly and explained it to me. He was polite and easy to talk to. He made an uncomfortable situation, comfortable. I highly recommend D Rohde and Alvin. Thank you for always sending the best!!!
We have used D. Rohde a few times, and have always had a good experience. I have always been able to get on the schedule for the next day, and the technicians have always been very prompt, professional, and have done terrific work. Our most recent technician, Jordan, came yesterday to assess our leaking hot water heater, which needed to be replaced. He was very thorough and showed and explained everything to us. He came back today to install the water heater, and unfortunately upon pulling out the old water heater we discovered the problem was more than expected due to water damage. Alvin did great work diagnosing my clog. He used a camera device to diagnose the health of the pipes out to the main line and then worked inside to find the problem. He explained everything as he went, and was transparent about potential costs. Their office is also well staffed and easy to communicate with in terms of scheduling and timing. Very professional!
