DO NOT BUY SUPPLIES FROM THIS STORE. I purchased nearly $200 worth of clips, tabs that my repairman said I needed to mount downspouts. None of the items were used, When I requested a refund, the store claimed that it was not their policy to accept returns. No one mentioned this policy at the time of purchase; no sign states that; the receipt states nothing, nor does the store's website. So, I am left with items that I have no use for and that I cannot even re-sell. The clips could easily have been added back to inventory. Surely, this store could have done the right thing, but they chose not to. NOT REPUTABLE!

Bad service the lady answer me very rude. I was asking her if they have 5 inch material. She was not been patient very rude. I meed to send an email just to onow if they have 5 inch material really lady. The owner needs to step up on the game. Need professional people. I buy from here many times n the service they game very bad. Very rude rude.
