“This was a great customer experience from start to finish. I called the office and spoke to a friendly knowledgeable agent who arranged to havemy roof looked at. The next day, Israel came to my house, laddered it and checked the roof. He saw the issue and told me the office would follow up with an estimate. The proposed work was clearly laid out as was the price. I approved the estimate and Israel returned with another mechanic to complete the work the following week.
