Johns Roofing worked on my mom’s chimney. Not only did he do a great job; he also called and text to check on my mom to make sure everything is ok. Thank you so much you gave me peace of mind.
had an emergency, called them they gave me a time. called 20 minutes after scheduled time and told me someone would be there in 20 minutes. no one showed up. called them 90 minutes after he said they would be there. he said they came, rang door bell, no one answered and left. Complete lie, inner door was open waiting on them. security camera shows no one came during that time. Took day off specifically to handle this issue
After the last roofing contractor came to my house 3 times to fix the same leak 3 times he failed every time using poor materials. So I called big John roofing. No more leaks no more complaining no more problems. Thank you big John roofing
