I had an office visit with Dr Galloway today in the Port Jeff True North office. The waiting room is clean and very very spacious (seating for 700, I think!). The staff was courteous and friendly. Dr Galloway was knowledgeable and very thorough. I did not feel rushed. She took the time to answer my questions, suggest several treatment options for my condition(s), and set a clear course of action. I was impressed with Dr Galloway’s expertise.and communication.

Never actually addressed my pain. Casey is the worst professional I have ever seen and she was rude to me for absolutely no reason. Even though I’m hurt I still try to have good manners towards doctors PA’s etc., I was confused afterward because she was so rude. And it happened on more than one occasion. It’s funny I haven’t been there in some time and people still give negative reviews because of her. As soon as I went somewhere else I knew even more how messed up this place is. I wish I knew where to get good help these days, my treatment for my problems has just gotten worse over the years and now it seems you have to fight through rude medical professionals to get help. Smh I don’t seek any care for for my problems at all now, it’s a waste of money and time especially going here
