John and his crew from Aqua Care are amazing! Having dealt with several other pool companies in the past we have NEVER had the care and experience that they offer on a daily basis.
When Aqua Care took over our pool this year at the Highlands at Reeves HOA in Riverhead we asked that they put a pressure test on all our suction lines as we were always having our system go air bound. The other pool companies we had in previous years were asked to perform this simple task and continued to send out people daily to backwash and bleed the system. John and his crew performed the pressure test prior to starting up the pool in the spring and found numberous PVC leaks as well...read full review
I’ve been living in my community for 4 years. The summer pool swims were unpredictable. Always issues. That’s until mgt. changed to Aqua Care this summer. They are wonderful, reliable and customer friendly. Our pool is spotless, perfectly temped and chemically balanced. Thank you John. And Jumo our lifeguard, maintains our pool and we know we are in good hands. I highly recommend them.
