The yoga and Pilates taught here has completely changed my life. Melissa is one of the nicest, hardest working and dedicated teachers I have ever known and I am so thankful for finding Satya. She is not only a great teacher and extremely well versed in the practice of yoga and Pilates, she is very generous and gives back to the community by helping others and showing her love and appreciation of animals!

A great place for all levels of reformer Pilates and yoga. This studio also houses a yoga teacher cert taught by an experienced and knowledgeable yoga educator. There is pain management and massage there too. I highly recommend Satya.

These classes with Melissa were the missing piece to my fitness/health journey. They were a great compliment to weight training in order to maintain flexibility and mobility. I found classes here to be much more rewarding and tranquil than a large franchise gym setting.
