Equipment is constantly broken, the carpets are badly stained, and the bathrooms are absolutely filthy. The entire facility needs a major upgrade. Most members complain about the same issues, but nothing ever seems to improve. Unfortunately, the only other local option costs nearly $100 a month. If another reasonably priced gym opens in the area, it would likely put this place out of business.

Unfortunately I have to agree with some of the bad reviews here regarding management and customer service. Today the fire alarm was going off and management has no idea when it will be turned off, but notifying members with a sign or information when they arrived would have been helpful. All they said, is “we don’t know” so I guess people can just deal with it!!

Most of the machines are broken and they do not take care of them. Staff looklike salesman that want to rob you off. The place is mostly dirty. Absolutely not recommended.

Choose a different gym. Don’t make the mistake of coming to this place. It’s dirty as hell, machines broken, and excuses is we are working on it….what?! I pay 45 a month to walk around dodging weights and infections from a corporate business in CA that can’t even get their act together. There response is “we will get someone over there” year and a half later and it’s still a crap hole.

It was 83° out.It was hot in the gym.When I asked someone at the front desk, they said oh, the air condition is not working.We called a company to fix it.Great job a LA.Fitness

This gym is right down the block from me. It's so convenient but at the same time I'm about to cancel my membership. The machines are broken, ripped and very old. The only good thing is I found out this morning Francesca is finally gone. She was the most rude human I've met. And the moral of the employees was horrible since she came. Let's hope the new manager can bring some life back into this place. Also I thought when centereach closed they were going to bring some of the machines to the other facilities? Clearly that did not happen. The leg curl machines have been broken for some long. I have a time stamp photo from October 2024 of it being ripped up and it's even worse now May 31st 2025. How is that even acceptable? It's completely unsanitary and unable to be cleaned properly. It's a health hazard.
