I’ve been a customer here for over 5 years. I never get charged to change my nail shape, except for when the owner’s cousin does my nails. One time she even charged me to just trim my nails. Today I finally asked her why, as that should be included in a manicure. I asked her what is included in a manicure then if the nail shaping annd trimming isn’t. She said the polish. She got extremely rude and made me go to someone else and said she wouldn’t do my nails. I’m sad to change nail salons but she made me feel so uncomfortable because I asked her a question. I will not be going back there anymore.

Lily accused my 15-year-old daughter of stealing a tip that she left in the tip jar because she did didn't see her, put it in there. She did put it in there. It was so rude and unnecessary. Lily also took over an hour to do a gel manicure and pretended like she didn't understand what I was saying when I was asking for an acrylic tip on one of my nails that had broke very far down and basically refused to do it which was strange, but maybe she I didn't know how to do that because the manicure was not even that good anyway. I spent over $100 in the salon and let's remember tips are not mandatory, Lily told Tenny to stop me as I was walking out the door to tell me and accuse my 15-year-old of taking the tip!!! Tenny actually did stop me!! So I walked over to the tip jar and took the 20 out because I watched my daughter put the money in the tip jar that is on the drying station. I will never go back to this lowlife nail salon again and I will never recommend anyone else does either it's not even that clean and the work there is not that great. How they acted over a tip was so disgusting and they should be ashamed. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I used to leave in the PJS area, then I moved 25 minutes further west, and I can honestly say I will still make the drive there whenever i want a pedicure or manicure. They are always so lovely and attentive. My pedicure came out so lovely today when I had gone. No appointment, bo wait. I had the pleasure of Rich assisting me. He was the sweetest, most personable person and I wanted him to get the praise he deserved. Everyone was sweet and friendly!

I had an appointment today at 3 PM with Linda. When I showed up I let Joyce (the owner)know I was there. She barely acknowledged me, kept working on another client, and said nothing about any delays. I went to pick out my nail color and then sat down to soak off my gel nails. I waited 40 minutes past my appointment time before Linda finally came over and apologized. At that point, I told her I would’ve rescheduled instead of wasting 40 minutes sitting there with no communication. She then said her car broke down and that’s why she was running behind, but I had already watched her work on two other women during the time I was waiting. I'm not sure if they had appointments or were walk-ins, but the lack of communication was unacceptable. Neither Linda or Joyce called or gave me a heads up.When I called Joyce to discuss the issue, she became argumentative & loud, stating that the car issue had already been explained. I told her that I wasn’t told anything until 40 minutes into my wait and ONLY after I said something. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a problem. My two prior appointments Linda left in the middle of doing my nails to work on other clients, one was a full manicure and the other was eyebrows. During one visit where I was just a walk in, I got an inexperienced technician who filed my skin to the point where it bled. I was told by Joyce over the phone that they would comp my next appointment, but that never happened. When I brought this up again today, Joyce said I had to return within one week to get the comp which was something I was never told. She did eventually offer half off my next appointment, but I told her I didn’t want to continue coming if I was going to be interrupted and treated this way. She got defensive again and repeated that she was having a bad day, and then handed the phone to someone else who didn’t even sound like staff, it sounded like her client. This salon has had multiple opportunities to make things right, and they failed every time. It’s unprofessional to treat clients this way, especially when charging $45 for a powder gel manicure. There is no respect for their clients time. I will NEVER come back here again.

It's so hit or miss here. Some of the ladies do a beautiful job but theres one who consistently doesnt so i stopped going. I gave it a couple chances but it was consistently bad and i wasnt sure how to ask for anyone but this one person without coming off as rude. Every time she did my nails i left with a few nails looking like they grew out over a week already.

My daughter loved her nails! She went in with a picture and they did it exactly as seen in the picture. Great place with amazing service. I have been going to Joyce Nails for over five years and always have a great experience.

Will never be going back. 3 nails broke less than a week after getting them done. Charged me for every single time they fixed it and were extremely rude.
