Marie was so personable and easygoing that my anxiety melted instantly. She made friendly conversation with me during the treatment, we were completely finished within ten minutes. Very simple, straightforward and professional process, great work by this team. A month later, and my hair (previously coarse and dark) has barely grown back at all in both areas.
