I was able to get an appointment two days after I called, and the service was completed quickly and efficiently. The price came right in the middle of the range quoted on the phone when I made the appointment, and I felt the price was fair. The technician was prompt, efficient and thorough in completion of his work. The vacuumed vents and new collar are working perfectly. All lint/dust was removed.
