We hired them to do a move-out clean before we closed on the sale of our house. The house was definitely clean , but my advice to anyone using Ultimate Cleaning Service would be to tell them not to clean any window treatments or any other fixtures that are breakable. In our case, their cleaners broke a very expensive window treatment, and, as a result, we were forced to pay the buyers a $1000 credit at closing.
