Yesterday, Jose, Ricardo and Nolan showed up to clean our HVAC. Immediately, I knew I was dealing with a reputable company, why? The first thing they did was lay down tarp and put on booties. They were able to haul this very heavy machine up the “attic” stairs to 2nd floor and to the air handler and then the process began. This is not a big house. Imagine that not one of the photos hanging on the walls of these stairs was ever dislodged. Of course I envisioned all this dust falling thru the vents - wrong!
