I was talking about my problem to a friend in Connecticut who recommended Lou Veltri at Natural Balance. I gave reflexology a try, and it has been useful to give me relief. Lou is a competent practitioner with a peaceful, soothing demeanor. As far as COVID accommodations go, Lou's office is immaculate and he now wears a face shield during sessions. I would recommend reflexology and Lou Veltri of Natural Balance specifically for people with neuropathy issues.“

The staff was very nice and the price incredibly reasonable - $60:hr plus tax and tip (don't forget to generously tip - this is hard work!) - if you don't need all the bells and whistles - just serious pain and stress relief this place is a gem.“

“It is actually a 4 1/2 star rating.. As long as you call and make an appointment, you''re assured of a very good massage, at least a foot massage. I have flat feet and some weeks after a difficult work week, a good one hour foot massage is just what you need to work out the kinks. Everyone there is very good and knows what they're doing. I would suggest bringing headphones to limit background noise and either listen to music, podcast or an audio book. The massage and listening material will take you away to your favorite holiday vacation, at least for thirty to sixty minutes. The place is clean as are the recliners. The worst part is getting up and leaving. Rates are very fair, and if you tip well, they DEFINITELY remember you for next time!“

“I've gotten a few foot and back massages here over the years. You do have to call ahead as they don't really do walk ins (they'll probably tell you to come at a different time). The ambiance is always nice and quiet with calming music playing and sometimes I put in headphones myself. They always do a great job and I think it's a great value for what you're paying. The back massages aren't top quality as they don't have any private rooms so you keep a shirt on but they do their best with that. I'd definitely recommend if you want a foot or back massage on a budget.“
