Pizol Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a tight-knit community that offers a unique and supportive environment for students of all levels. The academy provides a foundation-based approach to learning, allowing white and blue belts to learn from not only the professor but also other black belts. The facility is immaculate, with plenty of free parking, and the gym is clean and safe. The atmosphere is welcoming, with a great room of training partners, and the kids' classes always leave with smiles on their faces. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated to helping everyone improve. Classes are structured, with a great balance of technique, drilling, and live sparring. When trying out Jiu Jitsu for the first time, they made me feel so welcomed and allowed me to understand the basic principles with ease. After every session, I felt encouraged and hungry for more. Everything they do over there is genuine and highly recommended for everyone to go.
