Called them This was at 8:30 pm with refrigerator not working and worrying about preserving food for 2 kids 4 and underWas told that technician would be out in 2 hours. When no one showed up texted them. At that point for a call asking if we had a service contract. When we said no was told they only work with people who have such a contract. Not on their website We wasted 2 hours and of course by 10:30 night we could not find anyone elseWould be careful doing business with them.
Ed the plumber and his helper put in a new hot water heater last week.They actually arrived early, finished efficiently, and checked their work to be sure of function before leaving. Ed has done other work for us previously (shower fixtures) and similarly did a professional and excellent job. I would recommend him without reservation.Pauline Baber
Worst, waste of money and scam. They say they cover plumbing and electrical. The caveat is if they can't fix, you have to replace it. Both times they have come it has always lea to the replace option and guess what, replace is not covered by the plan. After a leaky bathroom sink was determined to not be relatable and needed to be replaced, I called my local plumber who fixed the faucet that wasn't fixable as per the plan. It is a scheme to get into your house and be the company that fixes your issues at a premium. Total waste.
