I have been having my family's shoes repaired here for years. They do fantastic work and are straightforward about whether the shoes warrant being repaired or should be replaced. I'm heading there now to have treads placed on new shoes.

They are very precise and on the mark. I visit them very often with my any kind of shoe problems. They always give me honest advice on weather if repair is worth it or not.Their prices are very reasonable and they always deliver on time.

They had one job - re-attach a sole that had separated a bit. Simple. First time I put the shoe on and the heel is still separated. Would leave one star if I could.

If you need your shoes repaired I highly recommend visiting JC’s not only are they the sweetest people but they do an amazing job making me and my husband shoes look like new. They replaced the bottoms on two of our shoes and fixed a scuff and rip on another pair of mine. They seriously look good as new!

This place did a great job on my winter boots!! The heels all look amazing and they worked pretty hard on getting a lot of scuffs out of the leather - they look a lot better than when I brought them in. Highly recommend them!!

This is my first review ever. Had to come on here and show this nice, old, Asian couple some love. He did a great job on several pairs of expensive dress shoes. He was half the price of a shoe repair shop in the city and got my shoes done in 2 days. i thought i needed a full sole replacement, but he told me he could fix it without a gull sole saving me $25. I definitely recommend these honest, hard -working people.
