Douglas and his team are absolutely the best!! We bought a fixer upper that needed a lot of work and Douglas truly came through for us. He is a true perfectionist when it comes to his craft and the finished product came out better than I could have ever expected! As amazing as the floors look, what sets him apart was his approach, knowledge and attitude. He held me and my wife's hand through the entire process; kept us calm when dealing with a neglected subfloor, gave tips on the actual material that saved us thousands and was a positive guy that you actually enjoy interacting with even through as something stressful as a rennovation.
