I cannot recommend highly enough the work of F.M. Contracting Corp. (FMCC) in supplying and installing my new wooden floors. I am extremely happy with the cost, quality, responsiveness, and overall professionalism Felipe ("Phil") Milani, the owner of FMCC. A friend of mine had referred FMCC to me due to re-sanding work he had done at his home in Greenwich, CT about 5 years ago. I received quotes from at least 5 different contractors, and FMCC's quote was among the lowest two. FMCC ripped up my old floors, supplied the new ones (beautiful Kährs (Swedish) Oak Reiter floors), and installed them within 4 days (I have a 1 BR/1.5 BA apartment).Since FMCC is also a direct supplier of wooden flooring, the floor pricing was slightly more reasonable than the quotes I received from the other flooring contractors. FMCC also has a showroom in Port Chester, NY so I was able to look at samples directly (you need a car to get there). FMCC also has an office in Stamford, CT, but they do work throughout the NYC area as well.You will not be disappointed!Services: Install flooring

If you’re looking for someone who really takes pride in their work then you will want to hire f&m. Phil and his crew are extremely meticulous craftsman. The quality of their work is top notch. I will absolutely be using F&M for all future projects.

F M Flooring has done a lot of work for me over the last 10 years and I've always been very happy with their work and work ethic! Phil and his team have always worked in a neat and clean way. They are respectful of the areas they work in and work hard to finish a job on time. Phil has had great suggestions when I was looking for a solution. He's a great resource and I like working him.
