“Just moved into the area and was having issues with electrical fluctuations, lights flickering, wifi dropping etc whenever my furnace, dryer, etc would be used. I called Norco to come check the panel and see if they could figure out the problem. When George arrived, he knew what the issue was right away -" Sounds like a neutral issue, it's probably a Con Ed issue- but let's test it and confirm". They thoroughly tested the panel and when a high-power usage unit went on 1 leg dropped and the other spiked. They explained the issue to me, what was happening and what could happen if left unresolved. He went outside called con ed, gave them all the relevant info and by that afternoon Con Ed was out to resolve the issue.Highly recommend Norco for the professionalism and knowledge they bring, price was reasonable, and they were very easy to work with.“

“I called Peerless Electric today to request a service call. I had never used them before but my air conditiong system was out and the AC service man told me I'd need an electrician because my wiring in the walls had apparently broken. Not only was my phone call to Peerless answered in the middle of the day by a real person, she was delightful and actually had an electrician who could come out immediately. He was here within 10 minutes of my call and really knew what he was doing. I thought my problem was going to be huge. He found the problem right away, fixed it and was on his way in half an hour. I have never been happier with a service call....ever. “MJ Rooney did an amazing job for us. Starting with a rapid response to my Facebook message. They showed up on time, were very Covid-conscious, pleasant and very knowledgeable. John and Mike repaired a GFI outlet, installed LED light fixtures and wired our entire home for CAT6 ethernet. Impressively with the latter, they left only a few holes for us to easily patch up. “If you are looking for honest hard working electricians, you should call the Schultz Brothers for your electrical needs. They were recommended to us by our neighbors and I recalled how dedicated they were and to my surprise, how reasonable they were too! They aren’t interested in ripping you off, instead they are interested making sure you sleep better at night! Recently we were having some issues with our circuit breakers and worried that we might have a more serious electrical problem. When I called, Dave Schultz told me they were very busy but he’d make sure to come by in the next few days. Today he called, came into our home masked and after examining our power grid he assured us everything was fine. Our problem was being caused by our dehumidifier that was drawing so much electricity that it was blowing the circuit breakers. He explained that since we are using so much electricity on our AC, we might consider holding off until it gets cooler before using the dehumidifier! After checking a few other areas of the house, he assured us we were in good shape. I asked what we owed him and his response was, no charge! He was happy to help us out and relive our anxieties at a time when our nerves are on edge! I was very impressed with Mr. Schultz and his work ethics! And given how much some of these guys charge to walk in the door, I was very grateful I had called Schultz Brothers Inc!“

“After installing a powerful dehumidifier in my basement, I began noticing strange odors near the electrical box. My previous electrician was unavailable so I called Safe and Sound for an electrical inspection. Stan and his partner Mison did a thorough diagnostic assessment and made recommendations for upgrades to address the code and potential safety issues he uncovered. He gave me a detailed explanation about his findings, was upfront about cost and prioritized what needed to be done so I could make an informed decision on how to proceed. It is an older home, so I decided to take all of his recommendations and am so glad I did. While working on the recommended upgrades, Stan uncovered issues that would not have been found otherwise. The source of the odor was a burnt circuit that he only discovered while making other adjustments in the panel. While working on a quality connection analysis, he discovered the wiring behind many of the outlets were originally done incorrectly and they had to be rewired. I am so grateful to Stan and Mison for their attention to detail to make my house safe. An added bonus is that they were pleasant, polite, tidy and punctual! I highly recommend them and Safe and Sound Electric.“
