I called Peerless Electric today to request a service call. I had never used them before but my air conditiong system was out and the AC service man told me I'd need an electrician because my wiring in the walls had apparently broken. Not only was my phone call to Peerless answered in the middle of the day by a real person, she was delightful and actually had an electrician who could come out immediately. He was here within 10 minutes of my call and really knew what he was doing. I thought my problem was going to be huge. He found the problem right away, fixed it and was on his way in half an hour. Jon has been absolutely wonderful over the years. I first met him when I needed to contract significant work for my church, which required a complete electrical overhaul. Jon did the whole project and worked with the fire marshal to make sure everything was properly in order by the time we finished. We were all extremely grateful. He has also helped me with personal electrical needs in my home, and I trust his advice and guidance. It's challenging to find someone who is trustworthy for such an important thing like electricity, and fair with pricing as well, so I am glad to know I can rely on Jon.
