I use to love coming here especially with the old managers/owners but I stopped going due to personal reasons, I recently went back and I found it to be very displeasing. A lot of the workers tend to have attitude. the work they do is old, they’re not up to date with the new things, and they struggle a lot with it, as a nail salon they should be up to date with all the new things, but they do try and they make it work sometimes. They do make dramatic expressions and you get worked on by a few different people. And they still used curved nails in 2026 instead of the straight ones, and I understand that this is how they do stuff but I do think they need a change

I've been going to bobos for more than 4 years, and I just have to thank you for making my nails super beautiful and always as I ask, not to mention the wonderful massage and the super pleasant environment!

This is my favorite nail salon. Whether I have an appointment or walk in, they are always kind, welcoming, and accommodating. Grace is especially wonderful. She is so sweet and genuinely cares about her work and her clients. The stylists here truly strive for perfection and take their time to get the best results instead of rushing. You can tell a lot of care goes into every service. For this reason, I drive 10 extra minutes to the salon rather than local ones in my area. I always leave happy and feeling taken care of. Highly recommend.
