Afterward, I got to sit by the fireplace in their relaxation area with a complimentary glass of wine, which was the perfect touch. My only complaint is that the municipal parking in the rear was completely packed and a bit frustrating to navigate, so definitely give yourself an extra few minutes to park before your appointment.“

As others have mentioned, the space and treatment room are not particularly spa like. But my eyes were closed for most of the treatment and once settled in I hardly noticed. At the end of the day, I had an amazing facial, Christina was the perfect combination of friendly, informative, and quiet, which made for a comfortable and relaxing experience; and the receptionist was so welcoming. I appreciate her experience and knowledge in skincare because my adult acne is much better controlled now then when I went to dermatologists. I had a massage there once too buy a man that was pretty outstanding though I dont remember his name unfortunately.
Ive been to other places when I didnt have time to drive there but typically was never as satisfied with my facial results.
The facility is clean and relaxing. I just wish you can pick who you want to have your service done by in the online booking. I always have to call and if they are busy it can take 4 calls to get an appt if u cant wait on hold. Other times they answer on 2nd ring.
Can u fix that? I mean even my hairdressers i dont have to call anymore who works that has time?“

“The vast majority of my first experience with Alexia the Nail Concierge was absolutely 5- star! From her DAMN GREAT natural nail polish job, to her helping me find where I was in the parking lot- it was one of, if not, the best mani-pedi experience of my life.
1) I've never had a regular polish job (no acrylic, no gel, no dip- nothing but me & polish) last a week and keep going, with no chipping. And I've had a BBQ, daily cooking, cleaning, and a rambunctious 7 year old... my nails still look great.
2) The one-at-a-time service makes you feel special, esp. when Alexia turns out the lights and turns up the jazz for you massages- Relaxation Bliss!
My only gripe was that I would have wanted a bit more exfoliation from the tool used for the waterless pedicure. But that just means I have to ask for more at my next visit ;-)
