“Viking D3 gas range had issues with the oven burner not fully igniting allowing us to smell a little gas. Deloy came and assessed the issue to agree the burner needed replacing and discovered the oven door hinges also needed replacing which is contributing to gas smell escaping. He called the office who called their viking vendor, confirmed parts are in stock and ordered them. A week later Deloy returned and everything is working great. Oven door is nice and tight to open like when we first bought it. The office was also great and very communicative with calling ahead to schedule the repair date while the parts shipped instead of waiting for the parts to come in and then calling. Deloy was neat, and clean protecting the area while he worked.“
