Love this warm, friendly, kind, loving, zen enviornment the super talented Karen has created. The opposite of a factory. Constant noisy dryers is not the soundtrack here so my dog was so relaxed. The fact that he looked and smelled so delicious was also fantastic. KAREN LOVED HIM UP FIRST AND THEN DID HER THING. What a great gem in our community. Thank you so.
