I’ve used Jeff for two home inspections, and he is the best! He was easy to reach, and each time it was a fast-moving situation to get an inspector and he was there the following day. Jeff is very thorough, and was very helpful in explaining things as he moves along. His prices are very fair and you get the very detailed inspection report within a few hours. I wouldn’t use anyone else!
We needed a home inspection, reached out to Jeff on Friday, inspection was done seamlessly on Sunday. Easy to reach him by phone, or text. Report ready on Monday. This is how a home inspection process should be. Absolutely great experience! I would highly recommend Jeff!
I was fortunate to find Jeff. We were in somewhat of a hurry and of the 3 or so inspectors I called, Jeff was the only one to take my call promptly, answered all of my questions and price was reasonable. At the inspection he was thorough, complete and totally professional and his report was more like a dissertation than a inspection and delivered it within hours. Was I impressed and would I recommend him? Absolutely!
