The most thorough and extensive inspection report I have ever seen. after experiencing a few useless reports over the years, this one is worth its weight in gold & saved me from buying a disaster!

Working with suburban consultants has been truly such a pleasure. I first used them for my home inspection during the buying process. Steve came by and spent hours looking through everything. He was honest and professional and explained thoroughly what he saw (good and bad) and made me feel comfortable to proceed with the home purchase. The few red flags he saw, he gave me advice to how to best solve the issue.After we moved in - contractors gave me super high quotes to fix the issues Steve pointed out.
