“I actually haven't had them work for my this review is of me calling in. So I was trying to get a quote for a dryer vent cleaning and fix. Well they where booked to August. Needless to say I couldn't wait that long, but instead of just hanging up she walked me through ways of doing it! Even explaining tools and ways to see if it's solid of the ribbed metal and to be careful of the risk of damage. 15 outa 10 for customer service and will definitely be adding to my rolladex!“

“I contacted RJ'S Plumbing & Heating after contacting several other local companies. Nobody was able to do anything for a few days,some of the companies never returned phone calls & some never even answered the phone. This was my first phone call ever to RJ's & it was after normal business hours around 7:45pm on a Friday Night. He(RJ) answered on the first ring I told him one of my properties in Plattsburgh was having issues with the sewage pump that flushes the toilet.
