I have been going here for the past 8 months with no issues always a good an experience. My last visit was not the greatest, as always i booked my appointment with time with the technician I liked on 7/24 I arrived 10 min before my appointment. They let him(Mark)know am there, he had a customer so i went to sit right infront of him where the seats are. A little after I see he takes another customer i go to the Front Desk and tell them I had an appointment and he took another customer, he said well she wasn’t here! This was my first time here. My friend has been telling me to come and I am glad she referred me. They have absolutely amazing service. I received a complimentary beverage and I chose a passion fruit Boba Tea. First time having a boba tea and it was delicious and refreshing. I received a free bottle of water and chips. The chips came in the clutch because I had not eaten yet today. I am definitely coming back.
I had the opportunity to book with Kiwi. She was amazingggg. My nail service was for hard gel. She listened to my nail shape and copied the picture design I wanted. She is the best.
