“I have been going here for the past 8 months with no issues always a good an experience. My last visit was not the greatest, as always i booked my appointment with time with the technician I liked on 7/24 I arrived 10 min before my appointment. They let him(Mark)know am there, he had a customer so i went to sit right infront of him where the seats are. A little after I see he takes another customer i go to the Front Desk and tell them I had an appointment and he took another customer, he said well she wasn’t here! I been seeing him for the past 5 months knows me. So the lady said sorry I can’t do anything you want to do it with somebody else? I really wanted to leave but my daughter was already doing her nails so i stayed.after I decided to do my eyebrows and when I go to pay the lady that does the eyebrows says, you already paid! I said no I haven’t paid. It looked like she could not handle it so she told another guy to charge me.I Paid and tipped the guys who did our nails and left. I soon as get home I get a call from them saying you left with out paying. I said NO! I don’t know what the big deal is with you guys since I got there today, but it looks like you can’t handle a business this big. So I offered I can come and show her the receipt and she can check cameras, but if I did come she will have to refund me bacause this was getting ridiculous. Keep in mind that the 8 months I’ve been there I always seen unhappy customers. I write a review because every time I look for a new place it’s very helpful other peoples experience.“

“I love Annie's. I've been going for years, mostly for pedicures. They are always friendly and efficient. My only issue is that my polish chips easily after about a week.“

“I love Mind body and hair You see my grandma’s friend has started taking me in the seventh grade back then I was really unconfident about my hair and I don’t think It was healthy at all😭😭 But after one appointment at the salon It was absolutely wonderful. She had snacks. I loved. She washed out my hair all nice And yeah, the process did take a long time, but after that one appointment, my hair was looking healthy and better and ever since then I’ve been going to the salon. I would recommend it to anyone Ms Ebony Is so nice. I love her.“

“I had a great experience getting my nails done here! Everything was clean and the team was very professional, warm, and welcoming. I was nervous about not getting exactly what I wanted, but attached is my inspo pic and my nails after. They were perfect and exactly what I wanted. I also got a a gel pedicure and after a little under 3 weeks (including traveling) my toes and nails still look really good! Will definitely be going back.“

“Went in as a back up to my usual salon for a pedicure. At 20 weeks pregnant, the classic spa pedicure was perfect and reasonably priced at $35. The tech was very thorough when massaging my calves and feet and paid very close attention to nail corners when painting and cleaning. Appreciated being in and out at a reasonable time. I suggest calling before heading in, they get busy. I will be back!“

“I went here for the first time today and had Summer do my new set and Judy for my pedicure and Lulu for massage. I have to say I haven't had such great service in a while. While removing my old gel, both woman were incredibly gentle and careful. I did not feel a thing and that normally isn't the case. Besides them working efficiently with each other, I was finished 30 minutes sooner than I thought I would be! I cannot say enough good things about the friendly staff and overall satisfaction! I will definitely be back and already told my mom to come here. Lastly, Lulu gave me an incredible massage! Hit all of the right spots and gave me the most rejuvenating head massage. I had a really bad tension headache from the morning and after the massage I felt like a completely new person. Additionally, she handled me with care and love.
