There customer service is absolutely terrible. You can't get anyone to answer the phone. It's nothing but excuse after excuse as to why your order does not ship on time. Typically it is" We odder from two locations and the other place didn't get the order until the next day." terrible service...just terrible. I would imagine Karate Depot is the same.
