Excellent gym! Three floors fully equipped, a huge selection of weights and machines, and plenty of space to work out comfortably. Everything is very clean and well organized. Definitely one of the best gyms in the area. Highly recommended! 💪🔥
I’ve been a member here for a few years and I love this gym. It has 3 floors with so much equipment. This gym is great for me because I box and I cross train here for lifting. There’s heavy bags on the 3rd floor. You rarely have to wait to use machines. So much cardio equipment and free weights, too. Also have to mention the gorgeous sauna in the locker room. Everyone at the front desk is so nice and helpful. Vincenzo who’s one of the owners is an incredible personal trainer and professional bodybuilder. I love it here!
I'm new to the area. I used to lift at a 24hr fitness gym. It was a nightmare. SSI is like a dream. Friendly people, accessible machines and free weights. No long waiting or constant cycling with other people. If you want an old school gym with people taking their training seriously, little to no nonsense, this is the place for you.
