I feel that this location does not enforce, scanning and making sure only members are getting in. I would appreciate if you guys tighten up and enforce checking every single person that gets in is a valid member. I was on a treadmill and watching people come in and they would not scan. Often the front desk is left on unattended. Not fair that non members are walking in and using equipment and no wonder i have wait to use . Hope I'm not asking for too much here.

Workers and overall gym experience is great. But the repair schedule is non-existent, I have yet to see a day where all the Treadmills are functioning properly. (3 stars till that changes) About half of them work.

The facilities at LA Fitness were quite good. However, upon arriving at the front desk on a Saturday around 2 pm, we were disappointed with the poor customer service. The staff did not even acknowledge our presence or greet us with a simple hello. This lack of attention and poor customer service was quite surprising and disappointing, especially when compared to the level of service provided by other LA Fitness locations. It seems that there is a lack of proper management supervision in place.
