The studio’s positive atmosphere, great upbeat music, and dedicated staff are highly praised, making it one of the best places on Long Island for fitness.
I have been a member with Orange Theory dating back to 2016. The Patchogue location has stepped up and improved in so many areas. They are welcoming, cheerful and encouraging. The studio is clean and they have hand sanitizers everywhere & I am once again motivated and inspired to continue being a member at OTF.
I’ve been going to OrangeTheory for the past 8 months and I find it to be the best fitness model for me. It pushes me past my comfort zone and has truly made me stronger because of it. The coaches at this specific location are fantastic! They are always so supportive and encouraging us to challenge ourselves. Couldn’t recommend this studio enough!
If you need a community that is motivating, challenging and supportive, OTF of the place! I’ve lived in a lot of different places and been part of a few different studios but Patchouge is my #1. From the coaches the SAs you never walk out feeling worse than when you walked in. Give it a shot! I can’t recommend it enough.
