We built our home with the Triou’s in 2021. We have been incredibly happy with it since we moved in, and were so happy every step of the way. Just recently we had a issue with one window leaking so we decided to reach out to the Triou’s handy man and general contractor that helped out on many parts of the build, Dan Coleman because he was exceptional during our build. He came out, diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. When we went to pay him, he told us the Triou’s have it covered. We were shocked! Are you kidding me!! Hands down the best custom home company. We had our home built in 2015,absolutely beautiful!! We had a couple of minor issues 8 years later and Chris came over personally and took care of them,no questions asked. I think he would come back tomorrow if I had a problem!! We love our home and if we were to have another built there is no question it would be TRIOU Custom homes!!!!
