SUCH GREAT EMPLOYEE!!! Had Kevin over today for a Roach clean out and the professionalism was on point! Explained to me the basics on how everything works and some things to take into consideration. Would totally recommend to family and friends.
Chris Nell Rocked!!! This was the most personable exterminator I’ve ever met in my life. Chris listened to our pest qualms and made us feel heard. He took the time to put extra attention in areas where we had seen pests. Chris went above and beyond. We hope we will never have to see him again… But if we do, he will certainly bring a smile to our face.
I had a drug store beetle issue over the Labor Day weekend. I counted Rite-A-Way and after giving them the info, photos, they sent me a prep sheet. I followed their directions. The next morning Lance came (early! YES??), got to work right away (but kept telling me no rush). The next day I saw only 2 beetles, by Saturday 0 beetles. All the literature I’ve read said they are very difficult to get rid of. They did it professionally and in record time. THANK YOU!!!
