Called to make an appointment yesterday and the person on the phone said I could come between 11:30am - 2pm for an appointment. That’s already weird if I’m making an appointment for a specific time. I come in the day after at 11:30am and then told that the doctor won’t come in until 1 and want me to come back later. Unprofessional behavior and you will waste your time

Never have a phlebotomist available when I visit or make appointments. What kind of doctors office doesn’t have a phlebotomist half the time?

Doctors at Filzas Medical are great . She took her time in answering all my questions and concerns. Her staff is very welcoming and helpful. The office is clean and organized. Definitely recommending this office to my family and friends.

Dr. Fatima is a great doctor, but the issue is the office staff/ receptionists. They don’t answer the phone most of the time and never follow through on what is requested. I needed a form filled out for work and it took me a month and a half to get it because the staff misplaced the paperwork, but when I called they just told me to wait. Also, the person who draws blood isn’t very good as I always left with a bruise. I didn’t realize this wasn’t normal until I went to a different doc office and felt the obvious difference in comfort. Once you get through all of that the actual doctor is great, but I think I’ve been through enough to not go back.

Very happy with this office. The doctors at Filzas Medical Center are very professional and take their time with the patients needs. The staff is very helpful and accommodate your needs as best as they can. Im so glad i switched to this Doctors Office.
