Worked with Valentino, who did the evaluation, and then recommended I contact the insurance company since the damage was due to vandalism. He even contacted my insurance company to resolve the roadblock. Love my entry and security door and the $2g I saved going through the insurance company. I'm thankful for their expertise and great workmanship.

I had a great experience with the company. I had a door that was probably 100 years old and in bad condition. I'm all for keeping parts of the house that are original, but that door way overdue to be changed along with the frame and door saddle. They did such a great job and the door looks so good, I keep looking at it. The workers came on time and took their time making sure that my front door was installed perfectly and left my place clean. I would definitely recommend them.

We are very happy with our new back doors from Custom Windows & Doors. We ordered a screen door and back door from Valentino. He was very knowledgeable and worked patiently with us to help us select the right doors. The installers Casey and V were great. Arrived early and worked diligently to install the doors and even fixed a couple of things that had nagged us in the past. Fantastic job by those two. We really appreciated their professionalism.
